Zizzi - Henley
Waxman Ceramics Architectural Tiles were asked to specify for Zizzi - a large chain of Italian restaurants that had plans to revamp their Henley restaurant.
As an old coach house dating back to the 17th century, Zizzi opted for the classic unglazed Winckelmans tiles, which work to perfectly completment the Victorian architecture. Both Blue Moon and White unglazed tiles were used for the main seating area and around the bar, whilst Pink and White were selected for the restrooms.
Hard-wearing with a slip resistance value of PTV-36, the combination of blue and white represents the colours of the Henley Regatta - a prestigious rowing event which takes place on the River Thames at Henley each year.
