The Fairlawns Hotel is an independent luxury hotel set in Aldridge, in the West Midlands, offering 60 bedrooms alongside an outstanding restaurant and spa. Family-run and long established as a favourite destination for both leisure stays and special occasions, Fairlawns is known for its warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout.
In the hotel rooms, Waxman Architectural helped create a calming atmosphere using Cove Beige and Cove Beige Decor for the bathroom walls. The decor tile brings a subtle texture and soft tonal variation to the space, adding depth and interest without disturbing the room’s overall sense of quiet relaxation.
Over in the hotel’s restaurant, Restaurant 178, Heritage Cairn Carrara and Lario Verde were laid in a cassette pattern for the floors, striking a balance between classic elegance and eye-catching design. This successfully creates a dining space that feels timeless yet distinctive, setting the scene for Fairlawns’ full-of-flavour approach to food.
The finished result speaks for itself – a beautifully cohesive blend of calm, contemporary bathrooms and a classic-yet-modern dining space that together elevate the guest experience throughout the hotel. We were thrilled to play a part in Fairlawns’ renovation, and to see our tiles help bring this stunning transformation to life.
